Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Twists
- 1 cup of cooked bacon cut into pieces
- ¼ cup of grated gouda cheese (30 g)
- ¼ cup of grated mozzarella cheese (30 g)
- 1 cup of milk
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- A sprig of chopped scallion to decorate
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Melt the butter in a pot and add milk, gouda, mozzarella, and pepper. Mix and cook until the cheeses melt.
- Add in the pasta and mix some more.
- Serve and sprinkle chopped scallion on top.
