Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Spaghetti
- 8 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Basil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 250 gr of chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Cook the bacon until it releases grease, then add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft and the bacon is golden.
- Add the chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta and parmesan, mix, and serve.
