Beef Cannelloni Pie

Ingredients:
- 250 g of Roma Pasta Cannelloni
- 2 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- 150 g of ground beef
- 50 g of butter
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 cup of red wine
- 1 cup of beef or veggie broth
- 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Put the beef, onion, bell pepper, and celery in a pot. Cook until browned and then pour the broth and wine.
- Keep cooking until the beef is tender.
- Mix the pasta with the butter and parmesan. Then, add the eggs and mix it all well.
- Stuff the Cannelloni with the beef.
- Cover the bottom of a casserole with a bit of olive oil and the Cannelloni vertically.
- Coat the top of the Cannelloni with mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
