Broccoli Sauce
Ingredients
- Roma Pasta (of your choice)
- 1 medium broccoli
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Nutmeg
- 100 gr. of Parmesancheese
- 150 gr. of bacon
- 100 gr. of ham
- 1/2 butterstick
- 1 onion
Preparation
- Boil broccoli with 2 garlics and salt (add the broccoli once the water is boiling so that it does not turn black)
- Stir-fry onion, jam, bacon and broccoli with butter.
- Add milk, nutmeg and the salt to taste.
- Pour the preparation over the pasta.
