Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Ziti
- 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into little cubes
- 1 can of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- In a big pan, saute the chicken bits adding the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Add the can of sauce to the pan, stir, and let it boil for 10 minutes so flavors integrate.
- After that, add the pasta into the chicken sauce and mix.
- Cover all of it first with mozzarella, and then with parmesan. Put a lid on the pan, set the heat to low, and cook for a bit until the cheese melts.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pasta with more parmesan and sprinkle basil on top.
