Christmas Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Lasagna
- 500g of ground beef
- 125 ml of tempered water
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
- 600g of tomato sauce
- 400g of grated mozzarella
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 190 °C.
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- Set a big pan to medium heat and cook the beef, onion, and crushed garlic. Then add the tempered water and season with basil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 15 minutes, regularly stirring. Add in tomato sauce, stir for 5 minutes, and set aside.
- Take a casserole and spread a tablespoon of the beef sauce in the bottom, then start the layers: first, a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of mozzarella, and then a layer of beef sauce. Repeat all the layers finishing with a layer of beef.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of mozzarella for topping.
- Bake for around 45 minutes.
- Take out the lasagna, sprinkle the reserved mozzarella on top, and bake for another 10 minutes until gratin.
