Garlic Penne
Serves 4 | 380 Cal (Per serving).
Ingredients:
- 250 g of Roma Pasta Penne
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package and reserve some of the cooking water.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan and stir-fry the garlic until browned.
- Add the pasta and stir until is well impregnated with the garlic oil.
- Add the parsley, parmesan, pepper, a bit of the cooking water, and keep stirring. If it looks dry, add another tablespoon of olive oil or cooking water; your choice.
- Serve right away and add more parmesan and parsley on top.
