Gluten-free Carbonara Pasta
3 serves | 420 Cal (Per serving).
Ingredients:
- 250g of Roma Pasta Gluten-Free Spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 200g of cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 whole eggs and 1 yolk
- 100 g of parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- Pour the olive oil into a pan and cook the garlic for 2 minutes at low heat.
- Add the bacon and cook until browned.
- Use a bowl to mix the eggs and yolk with half of the parmesan.
- Add the pasta to the pan with garlic and bacon, then add the egg mix and the cheese, and stir well.
- Serve right away and sprinkle some more parmesan on top.
