Linguini with Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Linguini
For the meatballs:
- 1 egg
- 200 g of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 cups of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1/2 onion, thinly diced
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
Meatballs:
- Use a bowl to mix all ingredients and make little balls with it. Put them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so they maintain consistency.
- Pour the olive oil into a pan, cook the meatballs until browned, and set them aside.
Sauce:
- Pour olive oil into a pan to stir-fry the onion, garlic, and tomatoes until browned.
- Add the beef broth next, then oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for 1 more minute to let the flavors blend.
