Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Roma Pasta Angel Hair
• 2 eggs, whisked
• 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
• 6 cooked meatballs

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
2. Drain the pasta when is done. Right away, add the eggs and parmesan.
3. Fill a muffin mold with the pasta, leaving a space in the middle.
4. Place a meatball in the center of every muffin mold.
5. Sprinkle more parmesan on top and bake for 25 minutes at 200° C.
