Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta (any short cut)
- 1 apple
- 50 gr of raisins
- 50 gr of walnuts
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 stick of celery
- 100 gr of fresh cheese
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Olive oil and salt
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Drain and let it cool.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut the apple and cheese into small cubes, and the celery into thin slices.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and salt.
- Keep it in the refrigerator before serving cold.
