Pizza Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Elbows
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 big eggs, whisked
- 2 cups of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of parmesan
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- Drain and mix it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, 1 cup of pizza sauce, parmesan, and salt. Add the pasta and mix it all well.
- Grease a big pan with the other tablespoon of olive oil.
- Pour half of the mix into the pan, spread ½ cup of pizza sauce, and sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella. Repeat all a second time.
- Cover it all with the pepperoni slices and bake for 30 minutes until the cheese browns.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve.
