Shells Stuffed with Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Jumbo Shells
- 1 lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- Italian Dressing
- 225g of salami or ham, thinly diced (optional)
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Use a bowl to mix the lettuce, avocado, and the rest of the vegetables. Add the italian dressing to taste, and salt to taste.
- If you like, add salami or ham bits to the salad.
- Stuff the shells with the salad and serve.
