Shrimp Marinara Pasta
Serves 8 | 360 Cal (per serving).
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Spaghetti
- 1 can of tomato sauce (425 g)
- 500 g of medium-size shrimps, cooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 15 g of chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- 125 ml of white wine (optional)
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Pour the olive oil into a pan to cook the onion, garlic, and parsley for 5 minutes, until the onion starts to brown.
- Add in the tomato sauce and salt to taste. Stir for a few minutes so the sauce doesn’t dry out.
- If you like, add the white wine to enrich the flavor.
- Add the cooked shrimps to the sauce and stir some more.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce.
- Serve and sprinkle some parsley on top.
