Ingredients
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Spaghetti (500g)
- 50g of bacon
- 100g of cooked ham
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 spoons of butter
- 40g of parmesan
- 40g of goat cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100ml of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cook the spaghetti as instructed on the package.
- Cut the ham and bacon into little squares, then peal and chop the garlic.
- Melt the butter in a pan and cook the bacon at medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry it all for 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bacon and garlic in the pan and mix it well.
- Mix the eggs (already whisked), the heavy cream and half of both cheeses. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then add the ham.
- Add the previous mix to the spaghetti and stir until the eggs thickens.
- Add the rest of the cheese to the spaghetti, serve and decorate the plate with pepper.
