Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 250 gr of Roma Pasta Spaghetti
- Salt
- ½ cup of honey
- ½ cup of soy sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Cut the chicken breast into little pieces and add salt. Grease a large skillet and set it at medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6 minutes.
- Mix the honey, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and ginger. Stir until there are no cornstarch lumps.
- Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens. If it is too thick, you can add more water.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the chicken. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes so the chicken has time to absorb most of the sauce.
- Add the pasta to the Teriyaki sauce, mix it well and serve.
