Spicy Tagliatelle with Bacon
Ingredients:
- 400g of Roma Pasta Tagliatelle
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 spicy chile, thinly diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 150g of bacon, cut into squares
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- Stir-fry the bacon in a pan until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan.
- In that same pan, using the bacon grease, stir-fry the garlic and chile until browned. Then add the tomatoes and part of the cooked bacon.
- Pour the heavy cream, add salt to taste, and let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
- Add the pasta and mix it all.
- Serve and sprinkle parsley and some bacon on top.
