Tagliatelle Al Limone
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Tagliatelle or any other long-cut pasta
- ½ cup of natural yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- ½ cup of grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the yogurt.
- Add the basil, salt, and pepper to the yogurt. And some lemon zest too.
- Mix the yogurt with the pasta while the pasta is still hot. Sprinkle parmesan on top and serve.
