Tagliatelle Alfredo with Shrimps
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Tagliatelle
- 600g of cooked shrimps
- 1/2 liter of heavy cream
- 100g of grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Roma Pasta
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Pour the olive oil into a pan, add the butter, and stir-fry the garlic until browned.
- Add the shrimps and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the heavy cream and parmesan. Stir softly until the cheese melts. Add salt to taste and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Add the pasta to the sauce, mix it all well, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve and sprinkle some parmesan and parsley on top.
