Tricolor Penne with White Sauce and Tune
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Tricolor Penne
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of milk cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 cans of tuna
- ¼ cup of white wine
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- Pour the olive oil into a pan to stir-fry onion, garlic, and spinach. Then add the tuna (previously shredded) and cook for 3 minutes.
- Next, add in the cherry tomatoes, milk cream, wine, and stir for a couple of minutes. If you want the sauce to be lighter, add some water while cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the pasta and mix it all well.
