Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package and preheat the oven to 180° C.
Melt the butter in a pan to stir-fry the garlic and tuna until slightly browned. Add the heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Put 1 tablespoon of the tuna mixture on one end of a lasagna sheet and roll it. Do the same with the rest of the lasagna sheets.
Place all the rolls in a casserole, cover them with parmesan, and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is browned.
